At Bayside Homes, we have been building homes for over 30 years and have learned so much about the process in those years. We take as many precautions as possible to make sure that things are well communicated, understood and managed for you. 1980 A company is born

In 1980, Sam Jraige began his career building houses in Windsor and Essex County. He started his own company and called it Sam J’s Construction. With passion and determination, his company grew over the years.

1988 – First subdivision

Sam J’s Construction’s first subdivision was Rudgate Lane in Leamington, Ontario. Sam J’s Construction had become a larger player in the construction game and was establishing a well-known name for itself.

2000 to 2005 – Continuing to Grow

Sam J’s Construction began building subdivisions in Windsor including: Walker Gate (Barcelona), North Talbot Park Area as well as in Leamington on Teresa Trails.

2003 – Making a Name for Ourselves

Sam J’s Construction reached an all-time high in number of homes built per year totaling 34 units.

2010 Bayside Homes is Born

With the valuable experience acquired from building new homes over the years, Sam J’s Construction evolved into Bayside Homes to expand our business to include custom designed and custom-built homes.
